What a good surprise. We had basically dinner alone and shared four beautifully presented dishes with a cocktail each. This restaurant will become a serious contender to all the other fine dining options in Oaxaca.
What a coz, vibrant, and different (in a very good way) place! We had the best host - she was so kind, helpful, and warm. Had one of my best drinks in Mexico here (the Platano sour), simply amazing. Also, we really enjoyed our starter and chocolate dessert.
This is an amazing dining experience. We had the 9 course tasting menu. They offer smaller tastings or ala carte. If you love food you will love every course. The service is impeccable, Max was amazing at explaining what we were about to enjoy!! Every dish was filled with surprises and combinations that complemented the entire dish. They source from responsible vendors.
This restaurant is soooo good. When in Oaxaca it is an absolute must. It's on the expensive side but the food is amazing. We spent a whole night there and kept ordering food . The Mezcal Sour is definitely very nice and for food try the octopus dishes.

What made the evening even more special was the wonderful woman who took care of us (we regret not catching her name). Her energy was warm and welcoming, and it was clear she brought a wealth of experience to the table. She made us feel completely at home — like we were friends rather than first-time guests. Their octopus croquets and the dessert were very much on point. Tostada wasn’t too special. Great view over the streets of Oaxaca city and attentive service. I didn’t meet the chef my friend recommended but the dinner was still good.
